The dark and full-bodied Zildjian K Custom 18-Inch Dark Crash Cymbal uses a special over-hammering technique for a quick, bright attack and extra fast decay. This technique allows a heavier Crash to respond like a thinner, lighter cymbal while offering much more volume potential. It produces dark, full-bodied crashes and delivers quick, bright attacks. It is over-hammered for extra fast decay. The thin and light construction causes the cymbal to project with more character and nuance.
