The Takamine GN30CE NEX Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar is
a stage-worthy acoustic-electric guitar that features solid-top construction,
superior-sounding Takamine electronics, and the compact but big-sounding NEX
body style with a soft Venetian-style cutaway. This original Takamine body is a
scaled-down Jumbo at heart. The NEX has a silky balance to the tone that
supports vocals beautifully.
Construction
The GN30CE’s comfortable body features a solid spruce top and mahogany back
and sides that produce a rich, resonant sound. The slim mahogany neck and
12-inch radius ovangkol fingerboard provide great feel and playability, while
the onboard Takamine TP-4TD preamp system gives you a built-in tuner with
three-band EQ and gain controls for excellent amplified performance and
versatility.

The Takamine GN30CE NEX Cutaway Acoustic-Electric Guitar boasts other great
features, including a pin-less ovangkol bridge, synthetic bone nut, and split
bridge saddle for enhanced performance. The guitar features an ovangkol
headcap, pearloid rosette, and dot inlays. Additionally, the guitar has a
chrome die-cast tuner and a beautiful gloss finish. This guitar is available in
a Natural color.
