Sony Digital Voice Recorder with Built-in USB
Record various sounds and voices in amazing clarity with the Sony Digital Voice Recorder. The auto voice recording feature captures audio with minimal background noise. You can now easily transfer files and expand the memory with the help of the built-in USB. With as much as 55 hours of battery life and adjustable microphone settings, the ICD-PX470 recorder gives you plenty of versatility.
Adjustable Microphone Setting
Adjustable mic settings allow for you to get clearer voices. The featured Focus mode captures a narrow field of sound from one direction when recording in a single voice. During meetings, the featured Wide-Stereo mode option can open up the range and capture everyone in the room. Audio settings can be optimized by choosing one of four scene pre-sets: music, meeting, interview, and dictation.
Reduce Background Sound
The low-cut filter eliminates unwanted low-frequency background noises. This will filter out all the noises produced by projectors, traffic, or wind and makes sure the recorder is focused on the voices. Additionally, to give you purer recording, the Auto Voice recording optimizes audio capture setting for vocal frequencies. Clear Voice technology further cleans up the signal when you play your recording back.
Transcription Playback Mode
In Transcription Playback mode you can review recordings. Fast-forward and rewind or create cue points in the recordings to save your place on the recorder. The Digital Pitch Control allows you to slow down the speed of your recording for closer listening.
S-Microphone System
The featured S-microphone system captures distant and quiet sounds without getting excessive background noise. It also captures high-sensitivity and low-noise sounds.
File Format
The audio gets recorded in two file formats i.e. PCM or MP3. The PCM format takes more space but captures more detail while MP3 files are compressed but need less memory.
Calendar Search
The Calendar Search function allows you to quickly find the marked recordings by the date for easy organization.
File Transfer
The Sony ICD-PX470 Digital Voice Recorder comes with a built-in USB direct connection for fast and easy file transferring. It eliminates the use of USB cable. Just plug the recorder into a USB port to transfer files.
Included microSD Card Slot
The ICD-PX470 comes with a built-in memory of 4GB. It provides maximum recording time f 59 hours and 35 minutes. With a microSD card you can expand the memory by up to 32GB.
