X-M Bracing
Over a span of two years filled with trials, research, and prototyping, Ibanez invented its proprietary X-M bracing specially for Advanced Auditorium bodies to achieve the ultimate sound suitable for both stage and studio. The thoughtfully crafted scalloped X-M bracing, along with tone braces and finger braces, effectively transmits string vibrations from the bridge to the body. This construction provides a broad dynamic range and excellent responsiveness; the mids are slightly scooped for better tonal equilibrium, while the treble maintains the clarity of steel strings combined with the warmth characteristic of nylon strings.
Functional Tapered Headstock for Tuning Stability
The newly designed headstock shape stems from comprehensive research and analysis. Its tapered form reduces weight and improves string alignment, enhancing tuning stability and minimizing any neck twisting.
