The Vintera II ‘50s Stratocaster comes with an alder body, a classic Fender
go-to, famous for its punch, clarity, and resonance. It comes in a gloss
polyester finish. This tonewood provides a balancing act between beefy mids and
robust low-ends. It also features a 4-bolt standard maple neck with a gloss
urethane finish, known for providing a tone with ample punch and clarity. It is
based on the mid-‘50s ‘Soft V’, known for providing a comfortable fretting hand
feel.
Fingerboard Features
This solidly built electric guitar comes with a 7.25-inch maple fingerboard,
accompanied with vintage tall frets. The fingerboard provides a classic feel
and comfort, while the frets provide more height than the originals, helping
you with making bigger bends and wider, more expressive vibrato.
Under the Hood
Below the hood, the Vintera II ‘50s Stratocaster features a trio of
vintage-style ‘50s pickups, capable of creating snapping, screaming, and yet
sparkling sounds that the single-coil pickups by Fender can make. They have the
iconic woody warmth and crystalline, chiming sounds that put Fender on the map.
Next up is the vintage-style synchronized tremolo with bent steel saddles that
let you dive and wail without holding back. Known to be one of Fender’s most
innovative designs, this six-point tremolo gives you the power of proper
intonation, full adjustability, and ability to create the coolest vibratos. The tuning machines pack the ‘50s aesthetic,
but offers the full capabilities of any modern-day guitar with its finer gear
