Canon CR-N300 PTZ Camera produces outstanding image quality and is equipped with powerful features and functions to be utilized in many industries including houses of worship, education, broadcast, corporate, events, and more. The CR-N300 PTZ produces incredible 4K and HD image quality with the combination of a 1/2.3-inch CMOS sensor and the DIGIC DV 6 image processor. This camera incorporates a Canon 4K lens that exhibits a 20x optical zoom ratio that maintains a high level of precision throughout the zoom range. On-air pan and tilt movement is possible thanks to the smooth and responsive pan and tilt mechanism equipped with the CR-N300.
Multiple Professional Interfaces Support
The CR-N300 camera supports multiple professional interfaces, including single cable PoE Plus connectivity, which allows you to use NDI HX2 to stream audio and video, control (IP), tally, and power over a single cable. The camera supports other protocols, such as SRT, RTSP, or RTP, as well as RTMP or RTMPS, to stream to social sites such as Facebook Live and YouTube. Even better, the CR-N300 can be controlled remotely by IP, Serial, IR, or wirelessly via Wi-Fi. The camera supports multiple control standards, including Canon's XC protocol as well as Standard Protocol (serial and IP) for easy connectivity to a wide range of 3rd party hardware controllers.
1/2.3 Type CMOS Sensor
The CR-N300 features a Canon 1/2.3-inch 4K UHD CMOS image sensor capable of 4K UHD video capture at 30p up to 60fps in Full HD, making the PTZ camera a strong contender for professional production.
DIGIC DV 6 Image Processor
The CR-N300 PTZ camera incorporates Canon's DIGIC DV 6 Image Processor, which is essential in providing high image quality, advanced performance, and convenient operability. This advanced core technology component provides the image-processing power and speed that enables features such as 4K UHD video acquisition and precise Hybrid AF.
Hybrid AF
The CR-N300 is equipped with ‘Hybrid AF’. Hybrid AF is an autofocus system that combines high-precision contrast AF technology and high-speed phase-difference AF technology to confirm autofocus from the camera. This hybrid autofocus system helps achieve autofocus faster and more reliably compared to contrast autofocus alone.
Canon 4K UHD Lens
The CR-N300 features a 20x optical zoom lens and exhibits a wide viewing angle of 65.6 degrees (horizontal). At the wide end, the 29.3 mm lens is capable of capturing extensive scenes in tight shooting spaces such as indoor events for cinematic wide shots. The camera utilizes aspheric lens elements to achieve 4K image quality while minimizing various aberrations over the entire zoom range. Furthermore, the lens structure of the CR-N300 enables real-time responsiveness in a three-dimensional space, supporting optical image stabilization, which helps keep the image capture stable by minimizing vibration.
Over Sampling HD Processing
The full HD recording (oversampling HD processing) takes full advantage of the image information acquired by the 4K sensor to generate beautiful high-definition full HD video. This helps content creators produce stunningly detailed FHD videos when utilizing the CR-N300.
Smooth and Responsive Pan and Tilt Performance
The CR-N300 is equipped with the PT (Pan, Tilt) drive mechanism that can change the speed from fast to slow in incremental steps. This allows the operator to set the speeds to the desired preference to allow for smooth PT movement. The CR-N300 exhibits a variable Pan speed of .2 to 300-degree per second and a variable Tilt speed of .2 to 170-degree per second.
Four Scene Modes for Impressive Video
There are four types of Scene Modes: Portrait mode, which exhibits a blurred background while the subject is in sharp focus, Sports mode, which enhances the capture of moving objects, Low Light mode, which enhances the capture of bright images even in dark places, and Spotlight mode, which enhances capture of beautiful images of spotlighted objects. By selecting a Scene Mode, capture can be performed without having to adjust multiple settings within the Camera menu which aids a speedy setup and configuration allowing the operator to start shooting with impressive image expression.
Webcam via USB Connection
The CR-N300 supports USB in addition to IP, SDI, and HDMI. It is equipped with the specifications of UVC (Video - USB Video Class Ver. 1.1) and UAC (Audio - USB Audio Class Ver. 1.0) which are the connection standards of USB cameras and PCs. This allows video and audio output by connecting to a compatible USB device. In addition, driver settings are not required for connection to a PC. It can also be used as a webcam by connecting to a PC with a web conferencing application installed. The CR-N300 delivers up to full HD 1920 x 1080 video for high-quality web conferencing.
IP System
In addition to SDI and HDMI connections, the CR-N300 is equipped with an RJ-45 interface purposed for IP communication, which supports high-resolution videos for distribution. The CR-N300 supports multiple protocols that can be utilized for video, audio, and control. The RC-IP100 and RC-IP1000 controllers utilize the XC protocol to control the CR-N300. The CR-N300 can also be combined with third-party equipment for control purposes. This IP system can contribute to an efficient and labor-saving camera operation for the field of video production, broadcasting, and more.
IP Multi-Stream Support
The CR-N300 can simultaneously distribute video to multiple protocols via IP. Simultaneous distribution is also known as multi-stream, and the CR-N300 can distribute a total of three video streams simultaneously. Furthermore, if the HDMI or SDI video output is 30 fps or less, the CR-N300 can distribute two video streams, 4K H.264 and 360P H.264, at the same time.

Returns

Returns are incredibly simple. Please log into your account, find your item you wish to return and follow the prompts to make a return. If you do not have an account, click here to find your order and make a return.
You will receive a full refund when you return an item in its original manufacturer’s packaging, undamaged and unmarked. If the item you are returning is priced at less than $35, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Please note you will not be refunded any shipping charges. 
You have 30 days to make a return. During the holiday season, from November 1 to December 31, we extend the return window to 60 days. 
If your order has been noticeably damaged in transit, we strongly recommend that you refuse delivery and notify us immediately. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be made within 48 hours of delivery. If there is carrier damage, please contact support@focuscamera.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
