The BOSS GX-10 Guitar Effects Processor is equipped with the main GX-100 engine. The GX-100 is a favorite among guitar players worldwide due to its elegant appearance, free-flowing interface, and excellent sound quality. The GX-10 offers you the same motivating experience in a more portable package. In addition to a plethora of AIRD amps and effects to accommodate any style and quick sound creation with user-friendly color touch display and panel knobs. With the addition of multi-mode footswitches, an inbuilt expression pedal, and USB audio connectivity, the GX-10 is apt for everything be your daily practice sessions to desktop recording and songwriting to nightly stage performances.
Super-Responsive BOSS Tone Processing
With its travel-friendly size, the GX-10 opens an arena for you to the world of super-responsive BOSS tone processing. With 23 guitar amps and 9 bass amps, including high-gain X-Ultra, X-Optima, and X-Titan types made with the newest technology, you can tackle any performing scenario. You can let your creativity run wild thanks to the 170 effects, including overdrives, distortions, mod effects, delays, and reverbs, in addition to specialized bass effects and BOSS classics like Slow Gear, Octave, Slicer, and more.
Creation of Great Sound Fast
The GX-10's four dynamic parameter knobs and enticing color touch display allow for quick sound production. Each memory has a maximum of two amplifiers and fifteen effects. By dragging blocks on the screen with a finger, you may create serial or parallel effect routings and alter the sequence. You can use the send and return loop to patch in your go-to external pedals. BOSS Tone Studio goes one step further by enabling you to wirelessly adjust tones with an optional Bluetooth adapter and the mobile app, or you may edit sounds and load IRs from your PC.
Real-Time Sound Adjustment
With a simple layout and intelligent control choices, the GX-10 provides you with strong tools for real-time sound tweaking while playing. With only three footswitches, versatile control modes offer the greatest amount of freedom. Pulling the expression pedal back activates the tuner and switches between loudness and wah. However, you may modify it to control almost anything you choose with the assign matrix of GX-10.
Up and Down Mode
Streamline your setup by going through each memory individually. Create basic presets for clean, crunch rhythm, and lead tones. Alternately, program the 198 user memories and 66 banks with unique sounds for your set list, then tap through them one after the other on stage.
Manual Mode
This mode helps to reconfigure the footswitches for controlling three user-assigned functions. These can be used to toggle effects on and off or activate a solo boost, and can also be used to adjust up to 20 assignable parameters with a single press.
Bank and Number Mode
Selecting memories inside banks is possible in the Bank and Number Mode. By hitting the switch for the presently loaded memory, it unlocks the Current Number function, giving access to one or more parameters. By using this function, you may add a solo boost, delay effect, or whatever else you choose to apply to each memory, expanding your tonal possibilities.
For Effortless Arranging and Recording
Apart from editing, BOSS Tone Studio lets you arrange GX-10 sounds into Livesets for various performances and shows. You may download professionally produced sounds and exchange GX-10 Livesets with the worldwide BOSS community by using the app's BOSS Tone Exchange. The GX-10 and GX-100 livesets are completely compatible. A built-in USB-C audio interface is also available for recording high-quality guitar tones in music creation software on PCs and mobile devices.
