The Blackstar HT Venue Line boasts of class-leading clean and overdrive tones, all packed in a single studio-friendly unit. The new Blackstar HT Venue HTV 212 MKIII Extension Cabinet takes it up a notch higher by adding stylish looks with a brand new panel. The crisp and cornerless covering with the classic chickenhead knobs and new paper fret lends it a stunning look. The high quality mini toggle switches and updated the LED colors along with the new metal plate version of the logo adds to its beauty. It features CabRig, the world-class DSP speaker simulation that comes as a standard. This software allows guitarists to choose amongst 100s of cabinet, mic, mic placement, and room settings. These setings can be saved and stored into 3 presets. These 3 presets can be directly recalled from the amplifier.

Clean Channels

The clean channels have a Bass, Treble and a Voice switch which allows flexibility and lets you chieve the ultimate clean tone quality.

Overdrives

The MKIII has responsive overdrives, each with a voice switch. The high gain voices are focused and tight.

Optional Footcontroller

The optional 5-way FS-14 Footcontroller allows selection of the widest range of stage accessible valve tones.

Reduction of Power

Reduce up to 10 percent of the amp’s rated power with the switchable power reduction circuit.

Infinite Shape Feature Control

The ISF (Infinite Shape Feature) is a unique control of Blackstar products. This control can make your ‘American’ sounding amp sound like a classic ‘British’ amp or anywhere in between.

Independent EQ Controls

With the independent EQ controls, the Blackstar HT Venue MKIII features two distinct voices on every channel wherein the Clean Voice 1 is an American style clean voice, and Clean voice 2 is a ‘Class A’ British tone. Switching to voice 2 adds more gain and changes the overdrive from a classic one to a higher and more contemporary one.

Speaker Simulation DSP Software

Blackstar’s class-leading speaker simulation DSP software CabRig lets you choose from 100s of microphone and cabinet combinations within the free software. It even lets you store three CabRig presets directly into the amplifier.

USB-C Recording Output

‘HT’ stands for High Tension meaning the high voltage internal circuits needed to push valves to attain their maximum tonal potential. The USB recording output has been updated to USB-C. It is the easiest and most fuss-free way to incorporate valve tone into your recordings.

The Blackstar HT Club 50 HTV-50 MKIII has a 50-watt valve head featuring two ECC83 and two EL34 valves. It has two footswitchable channels and four footswitchable voices offering a boutique style clean channel boasting an expansive range of tonal controls with a high gain overdrive channel.

The valve head has a master volume and Digital Reverb control that features a dark/light switch. The reverb time is adjustable independently via Architect software.

The valve-head features an effects loop that has a level switch for effects.
